Alvin's first 4th of JULY!! So fun for us and him! It was a fun filled day...I should say weekend since it was a pretty filled weekend.
We started the day by going to the 4th of July parade held by the city. it was quite the parade and long too. Its the longest in Idaho...didn't you know? We actually didn't even stay until the end. It was feeding and nap time for Alvin.
We met up with my mom and dad, sister Anna and my sister Sarah and her family.

After the parade we headed to Rigby Lake for a lunch picnic and swimming.

Afterward my sister was laying on the ground and Alvin decided he wanted to join her!
Later we headed to our place for a BBQ dinner in the backyard.
They played this clapping hand game. It was pretty funny to watch!
Then we headed over toward the river to watch the fireworks!
We had to do sparklers of course!
Then we loaded into the back of our truck to settle down and watch the BIG SHOW in IDAHO!

Alvin fell asleep during the show...he wasn't even scared of the loud booms. It had been a long day, but a fun one.
The day after we celebrated some birthdays: Emma, Andrew and Sarah's birthdays.

The next day Alvin and I went along with my sisters Anna and Elizabeth to Utah for my cousin's wedding. My parents and other sister Emma and brother Jonathan came along too but they rode in a different car.
Alvin is such a trooper.

Chase stayed back with his brother in laws and went shooting. He opted out of the long car ride to and from Utah. This is JD making some shots.
