Decorating the Christmas Tree and other stuff

On the 2nd of December we headed out into the chilly cold to see the lighting ceremony of a neighbor's house down the street. Every year they put up a ton of lights and have it programed with music and stories. It is great and they had yummy treats and hot chocolate. 

We bundled up Alvin pretty good. 

Afterward we went home and decorated out tree! Alvin wanted to help daddy put up the star!

This was from a few weeks ago. The power went out for a couple of hours so we made a fort in Alvin's room- the warmest place in the house. He enjoyed it!

Just this last weekend we went to the Museum of Idaho to their Christmas exhibit. It was great!

 We are happy with them and like how they turned out! Our next project is the countertops and then a backsplash...be looking for more pictures in the next couple of months!
