September seemed to fly by with lots going on at home with projects (a major one being our basement!) and canning and getting ready for baby. One more month! Holy cow the time is flying by!
Labor Day weekend we spent with family in Pocatello. On Labor Day we went on a beautiful little hike up City Creek. Alvin loved it with the dirt, rocks and branches he found a long the way. He would whack anything in sight with the branches he found!
Playing in a creek.
Grandpa giving him a ride!
Alvin loves his little construction hat and will often play with it on or even go out on errands with it! I love it!
We started framing the basement the beginning of the month and now Chase is working on the electrical. It will be nice to have a finished basement for more room to grow!
Alvin was "helping"!
Chase has been really excited about this project!
Maternity/family pictures. Thanks to my sister Liz for taking these and her talents!
Alvin decided to have a hay day with his dinner one night! Its been awhile since he has rubbed food all over his hair and face and arms!
Alvin all decked out! He did it himself. =)
He even wanted to go out in the neighborhood! All ready!
Playing with daddy's headlamp.
One day Alvin lined up all these chairs just like this. He is a line guy! He will line up his cars and vehicles and all sorts of things.
A fun activity! He loved it.
I finished the baby quilt. I was glad to get it done. Feeling more ready now!
We made these cereal necklaces one day. Alvin kind of got the gist of it.
Fossil cookies that we made. I got the idea from a friend of mine. We have been doing weekly activities (little preschool) with the monthly theme if dinosaurs and she has been my inspiration. thanks Alisha!
Fossil dig in rice. Alvin now loves dinosaurs and it has gotten me into it as well.
Produce from our garden! We were blessed! Alvin loves to "help" outside.
Just yesterday I took my newest niece's newborn photos. I haven't ever done newborn shots before. I hope they like them.
We will see what this new month brings us! Hopefully a baby!
