Tennessee Here We Come Again!

This past week Chase headed to Gatlinburg, TN for a week long conference. I drove down on Thursday to Oak Ridge, TN. I was proud of myself for making the 7 hour drive by myself! That night I stayed with Eric and Christy (our housemates/landlords/friends from the summer) and on Friday we headed to Gatlinburg to pick up Chase. We spent the day in Gatlinburg and headed back to Oak Ridge that evening. While in Gatlinburg we walked around downtown, hit up the Pancake Pantry for lunch, and later played Hillbilly Golf! We spent the evening taking it easy! On Saturday we were able to hang out, watch General Conference and went to a Hot Air Balloon Festival. Later we watched some more General Conference, the UT football game and had a nice evening with some of Christy's family too. We had a girls night while the boys went to the priesthood meeting and watched Enchanted! Sunday we spent some more time with Eric and Christy and some of her family and then later in the afternoon made the trek home to Indiana. It was nice to see them all again! We had such a fun time and the trip home really wasn't too bad!

Watching General Conference! I love it so much. I am thankful for a modern day prophet and leaders who give us such inspired counsel. It seemed that the messages we written just for me. It always seems to go by too fast and we heard some good news... we are getting a templein INDIANA!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
