Days Before Christmas...

After several hours of flying and waiting to fly we finally made it to the SLC airport at 3am EST and made it into good old Pocatello around 6:30am EST. Crazy! It was good to finally be in Idaho and with family.

The very next day when we woke up, we got to meet our nephew Eli for the first time! What a cutie pie! He laughs and smiles so easily and is sure fun to be around!
A little later in the day we also met our new niece Cami! She is so adorable and fun!
Lucky me with Eli and Cami!
Group Shot! (L-R: JD, Eli, Liz (my sister and husband JD), Michael (brother) and his wife Sara, Me and Anna (sister) and of course Chase and little Cami)
One of the first days in Idaho we got to attend our extended family Christmas party at my Aunt Diane's. It was fun to eat and catch up!

It of course included singing! What would a party be without beautiful music!
Another day we made gingerbread houses with my family.

Then even another day we made gingerbread houses with Chase's family! Lots of good practice!

Christmas Eve was spent prepping Christmas meals, finishing presents and...
Having a nice candlelight dinner with both my family and Chase's.

After a nice dinner we sang songs and shared thoughts about Christ, our Savior.
Then we finished off the night playing St. John and driving to look at Christmas lights! What a wonderful time!

WOW! Those gingerbread houses look amazing! I love how uniform, yet different they look! Looks like so much fun!

That must have been a blast! Can I just say that I'm a wee (okay, maybe very) jealous that you got to meet Eli before we did?

Fun times! So, wait...I had no idea you were related to Sara (Allen) Redd! Small world! She and I grew up in this stake together. :) Funny!
