So I thought I would share a few things ...

Remember that quilt I started FOREVER ago? Well as you might have already read- I finally finished it with lots of help from my mom! I have to also thank my friend Claire for her great tutoring on how to free hand machine quilt. Now after it is all said and done I am thinking "that wasn't too bad"...ha ha! How quickly we forget!

A little "book" shelf for our extra room. Chase and his mad skills made it possible!

Also those cushions my Mom helped me create needed some friends. So I made a runner and kitchen art to be all matchy matchy. (Got the idea for the kitchen art HERE)

Do you know what this is? LETTUCE! From our very own little garden! Can you believe it =) We were such proud little gardener parents!

Yay for lettuce you can grow!
The true test - how did it taste?
Chase said it tasted like grass- I couldn't really taste it!
Oh well- we grew it and that is what counts!

I am in love with the "book" shelf!! Way to go Chase! And your matchy matchy kitchen is awesome. I am always in awe of your amazing skills, Joni!!
You and Chase are always in my prayers. I am so sorry for the hurt you have both endured. My heart deeply aches for you, but I also have an immense amount of hope and faith in your desires for children.
