I forgot to mention that while we were out visiting my brother and his family in Ohio we also got to be present for my nephew John Ellis' baby blessing. We were so grateful to be part of this special event.

I am ever amazed how blessed Chase and I have been to be part of such wonderful families who love and support us. We love them all soo much!
P.S. I have to explain a little about the title below...My sister Emma is an amazing woman but she doesn't know it. She is also a very dear friend and while she was here I often thought about Anne of Avonlea and her use of "Kindred Spirits" in her stories. I truly feel that Emma is a kindred spirit as well as all my dear sisters (and sister in law's!)
Often I meet other wonderful women who to me are also dear kindred spirits. We are all connected in a small way in this world we live in and I am so thankful for that.
